In a dynamic fusion of high-tech and high-touch, our luxury, private office suites are available for short or long-term occupancy and offer a flexible space to work, collaborate and connect to a professional, creative community in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD.
Move right into one of three beautifully appointed boutique offices that feature restored timber floorboards and crisp white walls together with house furniture, art and objects.
Each lockable, serviced and air-conditioned suite is artfully fitted out with desks, office chairs, a guest chair and storage. Large, original windows provide abundant natural light with the option to close block-out blinds as well.
Residency at Maison also allows you access to our elevated shared workspaces including the co-working kitchen, meeting room, photography studio and communal terrace & balcony.
Pricing from $40 a day on 3 or 6 month lease terms.

The building dates back to c.1878 and has been lovingly restored to offer a flexible, shared workspace solution with a light, bright and inspiring environment.
