Enhance Travel is a boutique travel agency offering unique, personalised experiences for the discerning business, leisure and wellness traveler. With over 25 years of expertise they are passionate about knowing the most magical destinations and how to get there. 

Enhance Travel turned to blancspace to completely overhaul their marketing activity. They were pressed for time and lacked the in-house capability to build their brand to where they knew it could be. They needed a co-ordinated approach, brilliant new ideas and flawless execution. Blancspace was given exactly that, a blanc space to completely reimagine what marketing and communications for Enhance Travel could look like.

STRATEGY

  • Position Enhance Travel as an expert in luxury travel by building the brand into a ‘travel media platform’ that inspires and informs high net worth Australian’s as they plan to travel.

  • Leverage brand partnerships with suppliers to fund and facilitate this positioning.

  • Connect with the Enhance Travel audience on an emotional level about the experience of luxury travel.

  • Transform the visual experience of the brand both on and offline.

  • Sync the brand experience and delivery of content across all communication touch points; web, social, email, outdoor, collateral and events. 

RESULTS

  • The conception, design and publication of a monthly mini travel magazine, viewed on the Enhance Travel website. This formed the central host for content themes and cascade across all digital delivery touch points. This single clever idea revolutionised the Enhance Travel marketing plan with double digital growth seen for all reported activity; engagement, interaction, views, reach and open rates. 

  • Development of a media rates card to facilitate paid partnerships with Enhance Travel suppliers across newly defined brand assets; digital mini mag, website, email and outdoor advertising placements as well as social media added value.

  • Regular and consistent social media posting to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn according to a robust and systemised content strategy that was elevated with paid amplification.

  • New brand creative for the Enhance Travel outdoor signage, email signatures, business cards, website lead magnet, automated welcome emails, email marketing templates, social media graphics, event invitations and google ads as well as a general brand refresh. 

  • A comprehensive, mutually accessible calendar which defined the mini mag themes and then corresponding content delivery for all communication platforms.

Blancspace was tasked with completely reimagining the visual identity and execution of the Enhance Travel brand.

Beginning with an existing logo which was subtly modernised, we transformed their creative across web, content, collateral, outdoor, digital, social and in-real-life events. Central to the strategy was the revolutionary publication of a branded digital travel magazine housed on the Enhance Travel website which shared themed stories and content which was then cascaded to email, social and outdoor.
